Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to 8 business days for production, plus shipping time. Shipping times vary by destination but are typically:
Europe: 3–7 business days
US/Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 7–14 business days
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are made to order and shipped from trusted printing partners based in Europe and the US - depending on your location, your order will be fulfilled at the nearest production hub.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
For countries outside the EU, local customs or import duties may apply. These fees are not included in your order total and must be handled by the customer upon delivery.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get Yantra to your doorstep. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please first check your tracking link (included in your shipping confirmation email). If there’s no update or it looks like something’s gone wrong, get in touch with us at support@yantraclothing.com - we’ll look into it and help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I request a return?
Email us at support@yantraclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
What if my item is damaged or there’s an issue?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it - we’ll make it right.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options depending on your region.
Is your payment process secure?
Yes - all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Are there any discounts or promotions available?

Sizing & Care
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering — our items are unisex unless stated otherwise.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help.
How should I wash and care for my items?
Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F). Non-chlorine: bleach as needed. Tumble dry: low heat. Iron, steam or dry: low heat. Do not dry clean.
To keep your items looking their best:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low
- Avoid ironing directly over prints
